Situated at the corner of 28 Street and Bow Trail SW, Shag 5 is proposed as a stacked townhouse rental development. The proposed 10 unit building has been designed to respond to the demands for both affordable micro and townhouse units within the inner-city.
A development permit application for the project is currently being reviewed by City of Calgary planning department. Returns to investors is projected at 31%.
