Myuren Chanthirakumar
Senior Analyst
Myuren Chanthirakumar joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Analyst. Myuren supports the Valuation & Advisory practice in Toronto and Calgary through the collection of data in order to forumlate an opinion of market value value of commercial real estate for the purposes of mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, dispute resolution, portfolio analysis and estate purposes, among others across Canada.
Prior to Newmark, Myuren served on the Global Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield on the Portfolio Administration team. He was responsible for providing accurate data and timely insight into the client’s real estate holdings and leases, which allowed management to confidently build strategy and make informed decisions.
Licenses and Designations
Myuren is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and an AIC Candidate. He is currently enrolled in the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation at the University of British Columbia, pursuing the AACI designation.
Education
Myuren earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Management Science from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
